  • Do you accept my insurance?
    Currently, we accept the following forms of health insurance: Medicare, Humana, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield We also accept Medi-Share
  • Will you bill my insurance directly?
    Yes. As a service to our patients, we bill your primary insurance. We have recently enhanced our system to accommodate automatic billing of secondary insurance. Please be sure to keep us informed of your insurance coverage.
  • Do you do telehealth visits?
    While we prefer to see patients in person, we understand that these are different times. If you need to do telehealth visit, please notify the staff when you schedule your appointment. They will explain our procedure for this type of visit.
  • I rarely get sick. Do I need a primary care physician?
    As your primary care physician, we can identify health issues in the early stages before they become major problems. We offer preventive care such as immunizations, regular imaging, and lab testing, such as cholesterol, blood pressure, flu shots, and cancer screenings. We also offer diet and lifestyle advice to maintain or improve your health.
  • Do you have after-hours care?
    We currently do not offer after-hours care.
  • If I call with a question for the nurse or doctor, when can I expect a call back?
    Our physicians and nurses are with patients throughout the day, so it is usually not possible for them to immediately answer phone calls. They will return your call as soon as possible. To help us get back to you quickly, please leave your full name, date of birth, reason for the call, and your callback phone number.
